Yellow Fin Horse is a dining establishment located on the 4th floor of Else Retreats, a member of Design Hotels. Helmed by Chef Jun Wong, it focuses on fine produce combined with primitive cooking techniques such as open-fire grilling and fermentation.

Upon entering the restaurant, the entire length of the facade is lined with textured frosted glass blocks that instantly evoke a sense of curiosity.

The concept explores the juxtaposition of a refined texture such as metal and leather, combined with indigenous finishes such as coconut husk, banana paper, and rattan. These materials combination essentially represent the spirit of the restaurant that emphasizes primitive preparation and cooking.
