A redesign of a three bedroom apartment. The building presents itself as the first multistorey dwelling in Singapore, adorned with distinct art deco features. The design intent is to give a fresh perspective while preserving existing details to honor the historical values of the building. Natural wood and finishes were consistently applied throughout the spaces to create soothing and welcoming ambiance.
